Company Overview

My Window Cleaner was established in 1996 and specialises in the domestic and commercial window cleaning markets. We have over 5,000 clients in the North London and South Hertfordshire areas.

The company provides professional window, conservatory, gutter and driveway cleaning services.

Our USP is the bespoke software and phone Apps that have been developed for a highly effective operation and client communication.

The main business objective is to become the UK’s recognized brand, through a motivated & dedicated network of franchisees.

Franchise Overview

Where Uber transformed the taxi industry with state of the art software, My Window Cleaner has done the same, by creating our own bespoke IT system. The system communicates between the client and franchisee in real time & provides a wealth of management tools.

Having grown and established a core operation, we are now seeking franchisees across the UK, to benefit from the growth of the brand and the services the business provides. Existing operational or new virgin territories are currently available.

Training

We provide a fully comprehensive training program that involves classroom, practical and online learning.

Our training is ongoing, throughout the term of the franchise and provided for in regional franchise meetings, conferences and online facilities. Online training is delivered in written, audio and video formats.

The training includes professional window cleaning, marketing, customer communications, IT software, business development, health & safety and training your own staff.

Daily Life of a franchisee

The My Window Cleaner IT and APP system is fully automated and therefore allows a franchisee to concentrate on providing professional window cleaning services and growing their business, by adopting a proven marketing process.

The business is operated from home/van and there is daily contact with the client base. Each client is visited on a 4, 8 or 12 weekly cycle, with a variety of services available to them.
