An initial 2-week training programme is provided. New franchise partners will spend a week at the head office facility to learn all aspects of the business and will then spend the following week in a Pitman Training Centre, working alongside Pitman staff and interacting with students! Pitman Training Group provides full centre, sales and marketing, supervisor and student support training and course awareness through a mixture of presentations, one to one training and webinars.
With this franchise, the owner will predominantly be office-based, running a busy training centre, and concentrating on the sales and marketing opportunities driving business growth. There will be some staff supervision responsibilities, or this can be delegated to a centre manager. The opportunity to build a team is there, and centre staff could range from a team of 2 to potentially 15+, depending on the centre growth.
