Because of the unique way Pitman Training operates, course familiarity training for new franchisees is offered from the outset.
Three days training at head office is provided to all new members of the franchise network. Pitman Training Group provides full centre, sales and marketing, supervisor and student support training and course awareness through a mixture of presentations, one-to-one training and webinars.
With this franchise the owner will predominantly be office-based, running a busy training centre and concentrating on the sales and marketing opportunities driving business growth. There will be some staff supervision responsibilities or this can be delegated to a centre manager. The opportunity to build a team is there, and centre staff could range from a team of 2 to potentially 15+, depending on the centre growth.
