Premier is the UK’s number 1 franchisor for delivering sports and activity in schools. We’re at the forefront of delivering sports, arts and wellbeing programmes to around 250,000 children a year.
Childhood inactivity is at crisis point. Britain has some of the most sedentary children in the world. In fact, less than 20% of children in the UK meet the recommended levels of activity. We are a franchise determined to do something to change all that.
With our network of over 1,300 highly trained coaches, we’re the biggest franchise in the industry, so if you’re interested in investing in a business which improves children’s health and wellbeing, then Premier are the franchise for you.
Established in 1999, we have a proven track record of building successful franchises in 130 territories throughout the UK. We’re rapidly expanding, so now is the perfect time to start your business with us.
We currently work with around 2700 schools, delivering sports, arts and wellbeing sessions to primary school pupils. As a franchisee, you will have exclusive access to a territory and run a business with a team of fully qualified coaches. Your coaches will deliver before, during and after school hours, as well as school holidays, which helps you bring in consistent profit all year round.
Investment with Premier starts at just £24,950 and includes 14 months of comprehensive training. The training includes sales, marketing, business structure and everything you need to thrive in this rapidly expanding industry.
Many of our franchisees have been with us for years and are still growing. One of our most valuable assets is the knowledge and experience which is shared between our most established members. We have franchisees turning over £1m a year, and that’s exactly what we want for everybody who joins us.
Thanks to our reputation, we’ve been able to partner with leading sporting NGBs. Our current partners includ British Gymnastics, England Lacrosse, Table Tennis England, BaseballSoftballUK and England Hockey. These partnerships allow us to offer first-class training to both you and your team of coaches.

Terry and Adrian Horne have taken the father and son relationship to the next level by launching a Premier Sport franchise together in the Shepton Mallet territory in Somerset.
They have always had the desire to move to the West Country from their home near Milton Keynes and the Premier Sport franchise was the perfect opportunity for them to embark on a new adventure together.

Adrian is a true sports fanatic and swam at national level when he was living in Germany. Not only that, he’s also a successful athlete having also competed nationally in the 200m sprint.
Adrian said: “I have a deep passion for sport and feel that as an activity professional working for Premier Sport, I have many of the tools and experience to now run my own sports coachng business.

Matt lives in Rugby with his wife Louise and has launched his franchises in the Rugby and Nuneaton regions.
After achieving a BA Hons in Philosophy at Nottingham University Matt embarked on a career in business development within the demanding recruitment arena. After a successful period in London, Matt had the opportunity to move back closer to home to work as an acquisitions manager for a commercial property company. Matt's entrepreneurial spirit comes from his father who has grown and runs his own successful business.
Matt's desire to join Premier Sport and his determination to make it succeed was demonstrated in the summer when in addition to undergoing his due diligence into Premier Sport there was just a small matter of getting married and finishing renovating his home in time for the big day.
Matt has big plans for his franchise, he was not satisfied with just one franchise being Rugby, Matt has invested into a second, neighbouring territory - Nuneaton. Matt is clear with offering a complete activity proposition when presenting to head teachers.
Cricket is Matt's main love; he is captain of his town cricket club. Matt has also volunteered a great deal of time with the cricket club, securing numerous grants enabling a development of the club house and build new training facilities. Matt intends to use his contacts with sports providers, council and other cricket clubs to promote Premier Sport.
