The initial training is a five-day classroom-based training at our head office in Rainham Essex, where our support team will personally train you. We cover regulatory & compliance, sales & marketing, recruitment & staff retention, accounts and domiciliary care software. We also cover some mandaortoty training like medication, moving & handling and safequarding during this period.
Initial franchisee training provides the detail, knowledge and assurance to set up and run a care business, as well as give an understanding to the Care sector in which you will operate.
We have recently incorporated a unique e-learning training package for our franchisees and their staff. Full care certificate training and some specialist training is also included in our franchise package, as is ongoing training and updates for both franchisees and staff.
Following training, Radiantlife Care Franchise owners manage and develop their businesses ensuring that a caring and experienced team are recruited and highly trained, to deliver the highest standards of care and support to their clients.
Our franchisees could be office-based or home based. A typical ‘day in the life’ will include business development (both telephone based and face-to-face meetings), on-site visits, staff recruitment, attending network events, staff appraisals, training, client assessment and much more.
