SylvianCare is a family owned business which has been trading successfully since 2014. The business is owned and managed by siblings, Silviu Pop and Cristina Grancea. Both partners have a strong background in the care industry ranging from Nursing to Social Care and are ideally placed to help franchisees grow a successful care business.
SylvianCare operates a growing business providing domiciliary care (care in the home) and support to vulnerable adults. Everyone at SylvianCare from the owners, to the front line care providers, takes pride in the level and quality of care that they offer.
Services required can range from; day care for clients who may need a minimum level of support such as assistance with shopping or basic house- keeping duties, a full care package with multiple visits per day or even a ‘live-in’ option for those clients with the greatest or most complex needs.
SylvianCare has developed a successful business model for delivering a wide range of in-demand care services for its clients. As a SylvianCare Franchisee you will be providing a service that enhances the quality of life of those that you look after.
The increasingly ageing population, coupled with the continuous financial and personnel strains on the NHS, have resulted in the demand for the services provided by SylvianCare continuing to grow nationally.
Every expert in the field of care agrees that this growth in demand for quality domiciliary care will be long term, with no end in sight. SylvianCare franchisees can be assured of buying into a business model with impressive future earning potential.
SylvianCare seek like minded individuals throughout the UK who wish to build a substantial, profitable and scalable business, whilst fulfilling a much needed social function within their local community.
Being taught the methodology that has made the franchisor’s own business successful, in other words, training is one of the main reasons for people opting to buy into a franchise, rather than start on their own.
SylvianCare recognise this and their induction training programme covering; management and operational systems, marketing and human resources will ensure that franchisees are fully conversant with all of the SylvianCare methods of operating before they launch their businesses.
As franchisor SylvianCare will assist its franchisees in both the CQC registration as well as the relevant local authority accreditation. They recognise that training and support is a commitment that they will undertake during the lifetime of the franchise.
SylvianCare offers prospective franchisees the opportunity to own a management franchise in which no previous care experience is required.
Your role, as the business owner, is primarily the overall management and development of the business through; recruiting a team of professional care staff who will deliver the quality of care
Sisters in law, Gabriela and Alina Moldovan explain why they decided to become SylvianCare Franchisees.
"Both Alina and myself have a background in Health and Social care, as well as previous management experience. When it came to deciding to start a business, we wanted one which would not only provide us with the income levels that we sought but also one where, due to our previous work experience, we could give something back to our local community.
The provision of a domiciliary care service and earning potential of SylvianCare's franchise modal fulfilled both those criteria. As sisters in law, we were also attracted by the fact that our franchisor was also a family owned business run by a brother and sister team. As our franchisor, both Silviu and Cristinahave been invaluable sources of knowledge and support to call upon whenever we needed help and advice.
"The training we have received has been excellent. whilst we both had previous care knowledge we had no experience setting up a business, marketing for clients or the dedicated operating systems involved. SylvianCare has supported us in all of the above and has always been there when we needed guidance."
"Running the domiciliary care business is not a walk in the park. There are daily challenges that you need to deal with but we can always rely on a franchisor that has undoubtedly faced those same challenges, for advice. "
"We look forward to having a long lasting relationship with SylvianCare and to adding additional territory to our existing location as our business grows"
