The Little Foxes Club was set up by people who loved sports and were passionate about teaching and working with children, helping to unite the community to be active and alive. We started in one of the beautiful parks of London in 2007 offering community football sessions and have rapidly grown to be the market leader in providing children’s sports and physical activity sessions in London.
We now provide football, gymnastics, tennis, rugby classes, holiday camps and birthday parties in multiple indoor and outdoor venues.
We are a service provider to schools, and also offer competitive football training enabling participation in regional leagues and international youth football.
Thousands of children each week participate in our programmes in London. Our goal is to enable children to learn and play sports in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
We have been operating for over 10 years and are looking to expand throughout the UK using our established business model to passionate people with vision and commitment.
Our business model is comprised of a diverse portfolio of services, providing different revenue streams.
We are a football franchise, however there will be progression to provide alternative sports and activities.
There is an in-house induction and on-site training. It is a mixture of both classroom and practical training. Initial training will cover the following:
The Little Foxes Club brand and ethos
HQ support & office set up
Health & Safety
Ordering merchandise & stock
Recruiting coaches
Training the coaches
Scheduling
Venue set up & start up kit
Marketing & sales techniques
Service delivery
Administration
A franchisee will be recruiting and managing coaches, organising sports classes, advertising and communicating with parents and schools, and creating a presence in the local community.
The franchisee could be delivering the sports classes to children initially as well as training coaches. It will be a mixture of being office based and on the field to monitor or run classes, and liaising with venues to host classes.
