TRIB3 is a truly unique boutique fitness concept with community at its heart. Fusing an intensive yet highly inclusive HIIT session with a luxe, industrial studio-setting, it’s one workout with three elements: Treadmills, Resistance and Intensity (TRI). The 45-minute session is led by expert coaches and topped off with a custom heart-rate system and SWEAT app so you can always track your progress and see your achievements.
Active in five countries globally, UK, Spain, Finland, Russia, China. The team behind TRIB3 are passionate about bringing people together through next-level workout experiences supported by passionate franchisees. Co-founded in 2016 by CEO Kevin Yates and franchising internationally since 2018. The first UK franchisee is due to open in June 2020. There are eight stores currently operating, four of which are corporately-owned, with three additional franchise locations scheduled to open in Guildford, Barrio de Salamanca (Madrid) and Manchester.
The TRIB3 Academy is the platform for all training across our brand pillars of Community, Innovation and Results ensuring TRIB3’s competitive edge over its competitors.
With the TRIB3 Academy the business ensures that franchisees and their store teams receive initial, ongoing and refresher training, an effective and engaging programme that provides certification on core competency areas. The programme includes periodic training updates for all positions, as well as detailed training for any new Products, Services or Procedures that are introduced.

TRIB3 also offers a custom workout builder and extensive training specifically for coaches as one of the most critical roles in the team. The workout builders allows for consistent effective programming ensuring the workout is standardised across all stores but always kept fresh and ensuring our franchisees can attract and retain top coaches.
