Veeno Wine Bars offer quality food and wines, sharing the habit of the “Aperitivo” culture. Service is friendly and personal and this authentic tradition lives in every glass and snack served.

The style is simple and neat: design focuses on materials, space, lights and relaxed lifestyle for the customer. The eye-catching display of wines is presented throughout the unit along with elegant photographic images on the walls to complete the setting of a corner of Italy.

Franchise Overview

Veeno will straddle the entire UK, each franchisee will have a territory of its own and full operational, marketing and training support will be given. The company has aspirations towards international expansion in due course and consideration may be given to existing franchisees within the UK for this venture.

The company has traded successfully since 2013 and aim to continue to grow the brand at a rate fast enough to encourage rapid growth, but never too fast to look after existing franchisees which represent today one of their eight stores.

Training

Veeno provide a comprehensive training programme for franchisees, combining in and out of store experience. This will be mentored throughout, with increasing exposure to the business and customer service aspects as time progresses. A trip to the family vineyard in Sicily is also on offer to help franchisees gain a better understanding of this side of the operation, learn of the history and see the methodology used.

Daily Life of a franchisee

A franchisee will be responsible for the entire operation, particularly the customer experience, stock ordering and also for networking the local area, encouraging businesses to visit the venue as well as the general public. Training and motivating staff and management on-site is paramount to a successful and sustainable Veeno store.
