Euan is an active member of the bfa and sits on the expert panel assessing candidates finishing for the QFP Award. Euan has been a judge of the bfa’s annual Franchisor of the Year Awards on a number of occasions.
Charlie Dickson has an extensive career in franchising, both as a franchisee in his early career with Esso Petroleum and then working for a variety of franchisors in senior management positions in a range of retail, technology, automotive and e-commerce organisations.

Andrew is the founder of Albany Fraser Solicitors, a boutique law firm helping franchisors and franchisees of all shapes and sizes make better franchising decisions. Albany Fraser is a new style “virtual” law firm, based in Glasgow, but without an expensive city-centre office. Kevin is the Relationship Manager with HSBC and has worked for the business for over 17 years, the last 8 of which have been in Corporate Banking Scotland.
He looks after portfolio of clients over all different sectors and several franchise clients from brand names covering the West Coast of Scotland, from our base in Glasgow.
Innes is the Relationship Manager with HSBC and has worked in Business and Commercial Banking for over 23 years, developing a specialism in franchising over recent years.
Innes currently manages a dedicated franchise portfolio across a wide range of brands. His clients range from start-ups to experienced franchisees with multiple operations throughout the UK.
Hunter is a Barclays Relationship Director, based in Scotland. He has worked across commercial and corporate banking for the past 15 years, supporting businesses of all sizes and sectors with funding for working capital, growth and acquisition. He manages a portfolio of commercial clients, and also has responsibility for business development which includes supporting franchisees across Scotland.
Rebecca is a Barclays Relationship Manager, based in Aberdeen. She has worked in business banking for the past 6 years supporting a portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors, including franchising. Rebecca works with franchisees across Scotland for multiple brands.
Alex is the Business Development Manager for Barclays Sales Finance, responsible for the set-up of invoice financing facilities. He has worked in the industry for over 20 years, providing working capital facilities to growing businesses and funding acquisitions too. Based in Stonehaven, North East of Scotland, he sets up facilities all across the UK tailored to the franchisees individual needs.
