30 Minute Hit® – A premier boutique fitness concept offers a high intensity, action packed Boxing/Kickboxing circuit workout designed specifically for women to achieve amazing results. Fast paced, challenging and empowering, this one-of-a-kind top-quality workout appeals to all levels of fitness in a friendly and non-intimidating environment.

30 Minute Hit, founded in 2004, has positioned the brand for further growth to its existing 80-plus and growing locations in Canada, the U.S., Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Belfast, Northern Ireland. Looking ahead to 2022 and beyond, 30 Minute Hit is excited to continue its worldwide expansion.

To date, we have employed the direct franchise approach in markets, which has proven successful so far with continued investment in support infrastructures that can effectively service franchisees abroad. We are a unique well-developed women’s only brand providing a high-quality fitness offering in a space currently dominated by co-ed or male focused programs. While up to 75% of members in other franchised boxing programs are females, most women prefer a women’s only environment when given the choice, and we have created a “strong but soft” brand making our program accessible, (where other offerings can be intimidating) while providing high quality instruction in proper training technique.

Our proven training program, environment that caters specifically to women, and supportive, inspiring community for our members, has established us as leaders in our growing niche and created strong lasting profitable relationships with our members.

Training

All new Franchisees are certified through our UniversHITy Training Centre and with 30 Minute Hit’s highly systemized and well-developed approach to training, the specific skills required to instruct the circuit are easy to teach quickly and effectively. 30 Minute Hit® has produced an incredibly detailed and successful Training Guide to help Franchisees hire and train staff as efficiently as possible. The training can be in person in Vancouver or via Zoom.

Training is a vital part of franchising and so remember to provide all relevant programmes you put in place to attract prospective franchisees. Tell franchisees exactly what they need to know about the support they will be given and include details on the initial training, the duration and location (classroom, online, external trainers of the help you’ll provide. A prospective franchisee will want to know if they would be trained on core operations as well as further elements around key business skills.

What will I do as a Franchisee

This depends on how the franchisee operates their location. Some owners love being part of the front end training side, where some focus on supporting their staff and managing the business. The main priority is ensuring that 30 Minute Hit members are getting a quality experience when they come in. Is the facility nice, is the staff well trained etc.

Franchisees should be engaged with their business, up to date on any changes/franchise updates, attending bi-weekly owners training sessions and relaying that information to their training team. Whether they want to be a trainer or not, is really up to them, but they should always be willing to support their team when needed.

This is your chance to show prospect franchisees what they would be doing daily. Don’t give every single detail about every element they do but give an overall idea of core activities. For example, “Predominantly working with small businesses, you will be building new relationships through calls, direct marketing and networking events”.
