Antal has a comprehensive learning programme that starts as soon as new franchise owners make the commitment to join and continues throughout the lifespan of our relationship. Training starts with an initial 3 days pre-induction to enable franchisees to be fully prepared to get the best out of our intensive 2 week induction programme; which is a combination of theoretical learning, with scenario and practical experience. After graduation, franchisees join a 6 month ’on-boarding’ programme with distant, structured coaching sessions, designed to support new owners through their first few months. Training is delivered by industry experts, who not only worked directly in the recruitment industry, but have also built up and operated their own profitable recruitment companies.
