Training

In exchange for your investment we provide the following:

Antal has a comprehensive learning programme that starts as soon as new franchise owners make the commitment to join and continues throughout the lifespan of our relationship. Training starts with an initial 3 days pre-induction to enable franchisees to be fully prepared to get the best out of our intensive 2 week induction programme; which is a combination of theoretical learning, with scenario and practical experience. After graduation, franchisees join a 6 month ’on-boarding’ programme with distant, structured coaching sessions, designed to support new owners through their first few months. Training is delivered by industry experts, who not only worked directly in the recruitment industry, but have also built up and operated their own profitable recruitment companies.

What will I do as a Franchisee

Running a professional recruitment business can be profitable and extremely rewarding. Using your professional experience to coach and facilitate the career growth of others to help them to find the right job at the right time can have a huge impact on their lives and the fortunes of the companies where they are placed.

Becoming a respected ‘knowledge worker’ within your chosen industry and profession will enable you to develop trusted client relationships. At the same time, you will be focusing on the growth of your own company, coaching and developing your team and managing their performance. The role will involve business development and reaching out to clients to build your network.

We do not restrict your business to a National level, we allow you to work Internationally, providing International recruitment solutions.

You have over 800 Antal recruitment colleagues to work with and share business with. Owners have the opportunity to work together on assignments and to share international capabilities and delivery of talent.

We give you access to our International Client database, which has been built over 29 years. Allowing you to approach clients, where Antal International is already known as a credible brand across SME and MNC’s.
