At Bloom we want our babies to learn from the world around us – like they should, building confidence as they grow. From encouraging fine and gross motor skills to teach body awareness every song and activity is created by us to introduce the babies to the big wide world around them.
Each franchisee receives over 40+ hours of both virtual and in person training led by Bloom’s founder Victoria Jennings and her head office team. We have spent the last 3 years developing our franchisee training programme and Operations Manual, and are deeply proud of the support that we give our Bloom family.
You will receive 2 full days hands on training and over 30 hours online training. Learning systems, marketing, social media etc. This training will ensure that you run your business efficiently from day one with experts.
You will be given a thorough working knowledge and understanding of the Bloom business.
Our training comprehensively establishes ‘ you’ and your business as a highly effective business within your chosen territory. You will also receive ongoing training and support not only for your day- to- day needs but also for your growth plans. We recognise that the most successful franchisees receive continued development and coaching as their business rapidly develops.

You will both manage your business and run the classes yourself – you are in control… so run as many classes as you want each week and choose the days and times that suit you best. Classes typically place Mondays to Fridays during school/nursery hours and occasionally at the weekends (if you wish), which makes our Franchise incredibly appealing to new parents.
