Cash Generator provides new Franchisees with a bespoke 12-month academy training programme to support you through your first year. The academy starts with an initial six-week training course, which is a mix of classroom learning and in-store. You will have access to the dedicated Franchise Support Team who will help you with business planning, marketing support, attraction and retention of staff, employee training programmes, business analytics and growth accelerator programmes.
The business is retail-based, and franchisees will spend their time building their team, coaching and directing staff, and serving customers. Other important activities include business planning, goal setting, financial management, dealing with suppliers and local marketing. Cash Generator franchisees attend regular regional meetings, national conference and trade shows to discuss and share market developments, best practice and training updates with fellow franchisees.
