A lot has happened since Domino’s opened its first UK store in Luton in 1985. Supported by a purpose-built head office in Milton Keynes and four dedicated commissaries across the UK and Ireland, we now deliver hot and tasty pizzas to more than half a million people each week, are still growing our locations and customer bases, and looking for more people to come and join the Domino’s family.

Training

After successfully moving through the selection process, an individual program of support and training will be formulated, bespoke to your needs. This will then be delivered in conjunction with you as you continue to progress through the process toward territory allocation, then discovering, designing, and building your first Domino’s store.

Throughout your journey you will receive specialist cross functional support from all the different departments within our Head Office, ensuring you are set up for success once launch day arrives.

After opening, you will have the support of a dedicated franchise operations partner, as well as a regional marketing consultant, to help you during your first few months and bring you up-to-speed on the Domino’s ways of working.

We advise the full process, from selection to store opening, can take 9-16months.

What will I do as a Franchisee

As a franchisee you will have full responsibility for your store and your team. You will oversee the training, marketing, standards, and operations within your store. Your day will be full and varied but ultimately, we seek fun loving, customer-focused individuals who will enjoy helping us to deliver our delicious and renowned handcrafted pizzas to even more of our loyal customers across the country.
