TRAINING? TIME TO LEARN EVERYTHING EXTRAWURST…
Training is as important for you as a franchise partner as much as it will be for your team. Your training will be a combination of in store practical hands on training as well as online learning, plus you will have access to our “Know How” on our Hyperspace system. This training and “Know How” will be market specific. We will be support you through the setup phase with a time plan, guidance and regular structured meetings. First things first, safely set your Extrawurst outlet (depending on the format you chose for example Macro – shop, Midi – Container or Trailer, Micro – Portable Grill Bike) up to deliver maximum offer for our fantastic customers at the time that you choose to open.
Then enjoy the interaction that live theatre “Fresh of the Grill” cooking allows you to have with your customers. Let them pick and choose the Bratwurst they want off the grill. Suggestively sell those additional toppings and signature sauces to them, and perhaps offer them one of our range of delicious cold Coca Cola drinks.
Finally stay on top of your health and food safety requirements by following our operational “Trail” tool that we provide. This will digitally simplify what you do and can coach you how you do it if you are unsure. We are cashless so no nee to count cash, just clean down, lights off and relax!
