FiltaFry was developed in the UK in 1996 and has developed into the world’s largest ‘total fryer management service’ with more than 350 franchises round the world that service more than 7,000 kitchens. FiltaFry has since gone on to add additional products or services such as fresh oil supply (FiltaGold) and waste oil removal (FiltaBio) which can be added on to the FiltaFry service.
Franchisees service commercial kitchens typically on a weekly repeat basis, filtering dirty used cooking oil through their unique micro filtration machine, extending the life of the cooking oil for the client while deep cleaning the fryers at the same time using a vacuum-based system.
Where permitted, franchisees can also provide fresh cooking oil, remove waste oil and provide kitchen hygiene products & chemicals adding healthy margins to their base service charge.
Franchisees only require a repeat customer base of 30-40 clients to make an excellent income.

The ideal operator has determination and persistence. You have to be of the mind-set that free trials lead to your success. When there are days that booking appointments are a challenge, you can’t simply drive home; a van in the driveway does no good.
You’ve got to be a service-oriented person, a quick learner, customer-focused and confident.
