Football Fun Factory was formed in 2017 when Founder James Cutting developed a coaching company in his local village. The aim of the sessions was to put smiles on faces through football and make a difference to the lives of many children and their families in the local area.

In 2019, the company began to franchise and grew quickly across East Anglia. The Directors, James Cutting, Jonny Martin and former Manchester United player Luke Chadwick leveraged their experience in youth football coaching and their network across the region to attract children, parents and coaches to the brand.

Such was the impact of the launch of the franchise, the business awarded it’s first 12 franchisees within it’s first 12 months. Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, onboarding passionate football people who are building successful businesses and making a real difference to people where they live.

Landmark moments for the Football Fun Factory included being award ‘Best Business Serving Football’ at the Football Business Awards and becoming the football provider for Center Parcs across all UK and Ireland Center Parcs villages.

The protects and enhances the quality of delivery, which alongside the incredible football inflatables, helps create an fun and exciting environment where children fall in love with football.

Football Fun Factory takes great pride in how we enable our franchisees through high quality training and support. Once a franchisee completes the Discovery Phase and begins to plan their business, we offer full training in our Business Planning framework that will enable you to identify the best possible venues and pricepoint for your community.

Franchisees are booked onto one of five cohorts which take place throughout the year and attend an immersive Onboarding Day alongside other franchise owners who are launching their business at the same time. This creates a fantastic family feel and supportive team culture. The Onboarding Day is led by Founders James Cutting and Jonny Martin, Director Luke Chadwick and Franchise Launch Specialist Darryl Coakley and covers the business operations and programme delivery.

Following the Onboarding Day, all franchisees undergo a 100-day Launch Phase. In this phase you will be supported by our Franchise Launch Specialist who will provide intense 1-2-1 and group support for the cohort. Throughout this 100 days you will complete your training via our online Franchise Community platform.

At the end of the 100-day Launch Phase, the training and support doesn’t stop! You will then be placed in a new cohort of franchisees from across the country. This cohort is led by one of our Lead Head Coaches who is an experienced and highly successful franchisee. Their support will include a weekly cohort meeting, adhoc 1-2-1 business development support and 6 month goal-setting sessions.

At the Football Fun Factory we are with you at every step of your journey as we know that your success is our success. Our aim is to build franchise businesses together to work towards our shared goal of becoming the world’s leading children’s football coaching organisation.

What will I do as a Franchisee
