Furniture Clinic was established in 2004. We are market leaders in the manufacture and distribution of Leather Care & Repair products, with additional products for fabric, wood and flooring ranges too.
Furniture Clinic also provide commercial and domestic customers with an affordable alternative to replacing items of furniture, with a full repair service available.
With comprehensive UK coverage for repair services, we generate over 6000 enquires a year via our website. We also work closely with insurance providers generating lots of jobs, with of course this work provided to our franchisees within their own territory.
Furniture Clinic noticed a gap in the UK market for leather cleaning and repairs services whilst selling online DIY products. We started offering a repair service for both domestic and commercial customers; either in customers’ homes or in a workshop, for items of furniture or car interiors.
Our aim is to have the UK serviced by all Furniture Clinic franchises.
All franchisees will undergo a 4- week training programme at our state-of-the-art training facility in our 50,000 square foot factory.
All training is provided by our Training & Technical Manager who is a fully trained upholsterer and renowned repair technician for many years.
We cover all aspects of training, not just leather repairs. We also cover marketing, how to use our own in-house booking software, and on the job training.
We also provide free on-going post-opening support throughout your full contract.
Day to day organisation and running your business, including emails, booking and attending appointments, quotations and answering the telephone – to name a few.
Working either in customers’ homes or in a workshop cleaning and repairing furniture, classic and modern cars, marine and aviation, clothing and accessories etc.
