Forget long hours, poor carer pay and difficulties recruiting and retaining staff. There is a new way to run your own care franchise. Hub Care Support’s pioneering business model is turning the way we think about care on its head, empowering you to run an ethical, rewarding business which can really make a difference.
How is Hub Care Support transforming the industry?
Service users aren’t our customers, the carers are; at Hub Care Support, we call them Personal Assistants (PAs) and we help them achieve the hourly rate they deserve; have control over their hours and who they work with; and give them the support they need to deliver the care their service users need.
Instead of drawing from a bank of care staff which is always changing, Hub Care Support carefully listens to and understands the needs of service users and provides them with a range of suitable profiles of PAs from The Hub community to choose from. PAs can then provide a wide range of services tailored to suit the individual needs of their clients, from personal and domestic care, and help in getting to appointments, through to social support and companionship.
Most importantly, however, service users always see the same person, giving them greater stability, consistency and trust in the care they receive, and allowing them to build meaningful relationships with their PAs. The kind of personal contact that has been shown time and again to be essential to both physical and mental health.
As the PAs are self-employed, not on zero-hour contracts, they can enjoy:
In addition to this their Service Users can expect to pay up to 40% less than via conventional care models and you will still enjoy a fair, and ethical, return on your investment.
As a Hub Care franchisee, you’ll benefit from:
This is your chance to build a rewarding new career dedicated to bringing positive change to the lives of those in your community – and to your own.
