Initial training is an intensive 3-day Online and/or Face to Face induction to familiarise with all elements of our unique programme. Our training covers the operational, business and marketing of running your own successful business to training on how to use our Bespoke Management and Booking system. This is followed with one-to-one calls and ongoing support via head office and Company PA.
Weekday mornings are usually spent running sessions for customers and their children, leaving afternoons for admin duties and promotion and marketing activities. Weekends are either yours to spend with family (or as you wish), or alternatively you may choose to run weekend sessions or offer birthday parties to boost your revenue. Franchises should expect to give 4-5 hours per day (as a guide) to the effective running of their business, although the greater their efforts, the greater their rewards. Larger franchises (with multiple leaders and increased session offerings) will also give time to training leaders, providing kit changes and maintaining their bespoke management system.
