Pop Up Play Village is a mobile role play village that pops up for classes and events for children aged 0-8 years old. We run regular play sessions, birthday parties, entertainment for christenings and weddings, we pop up for festivals and fayres, we work in schools and early years settings and we team up with other local businesses. Pop Up Play Village was created by Becky Hoare in January 2017 and franchised in February 2018.
Pop Up Play Village launched initially in the Berkshire area. Once the franchising journey began, Pop Up Play Village became a south east of England brand with franchises popping up around the Berkshire area. Pop Up Play Village is now a UK based brand with franchises spread throughout the UK.
Training is tailor made to each franchisee to provide the support that is needed for each individual. Initially, there is an online training programme which can be completed in a franchisee’s own time. This training can then be followed up with further support on particular aspects of the business where more support may be needed. As well as the in house online training programme, there is also external training too which includes social media training with a specialist, GDPR training, Safeguarding training, food and hygiene level 2 training, first aid training and infection control training. There is also specialist training provided by members of the Pop Up Play Village team which is focused on finance and marketing training.
