Pride Road is the innovative architectural practice franchise that helps trained architects start their own practise with the supported by founder Lisa Raynes’s experience, brand and support team allowing franchisees to take advantage of the 3% growth per year in the Architectural Activities industry between 2017 and 2022.

Established in 2016, the Pride Road Architects Business Model is innovative because it seamlessly delivers leads to Franchisees allowing them to build the business they want.

With 155 territories across the UK each Pride Road practice comes with an area that allows for significant growth across the life of the franchise. The business is particularly attractive to mum architects because it offers support and camaraderie with the independence of having your own practice. And the smart working model means that your business is shaped to your life – need to take time to collect kids from school? No problem. You can set your diary accordingly.

Speaking about the business model, Lisa Raynes, Pride Road Founder and Chartered Architect said, “I created Pride Road to share my knowledge and business model with any architects who would like to follow in my footsteps, to have a good income, take pride in their work and have a much better balance between home life and their profession.  A balance that is attractive in today’s word to time-poor architects, not just to mums. “

Setting up your own practise is challenging and daunting, but through the Pride Road Franchise, tribe members are given the skills, knowledge and resources needed to build their own successful architecture practise.

Training

Every Franchisee undertakes a comprehensive and enjoyable onboarding programme to build rapport and maintain core quality standards across the business.

From classroom-based training to online zoom tutorials and support sessions, the Training Program means that every Franchisee will have the knowledge and confidence to return to their territory and develop a thriving business using the blueprint for the business created by Pride Road

After training Pride Road architects can jump straight into marketing their services, secure in the knowledge that there is brand recognition and strong digital assets. No need to re-invent the wheel by designing a brand, setting up a website, getting good google rankings backed by the central office of specialists and experts in business coaching, technical, IT and marketing.

In addition to the comprehensive training program, you are part of a group of like-minded people. Regular Franchise Development Days are a chance for everyone to get together and review how things have been going, any issues they are having, and brainstorm ways to move forward.

The collective ‘pride’ means that Pride Road is inclusive, collaborative, and agile ensuring you continue to learn across each year you are part of the Pride Road tribe.

What will I do as a Franchisee
