Raison Home specialises in full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom renovations. This includes everything from designing the project to looking after the building work and making sure all services are catered for. The best part, is that our franchise owners work with the clients, in their own home, in the actual room that is to be redesigned. Very much a VIP service!
Our Home Designers can take the time to really get to know our customers. Understanding their style, their taste, their budget and the way they want to LIVE in the room, means they can deliver the perfect result every time. No wonder we enjoy such a high referral rate!
The Raison Home franchise model has been established for over 20 years in Europe, With over 120 Home Designers across 7 countries.
Raison Home UK has 5 franchisees currently, with most of them starting in 2022. We are recruiting for 8 more in 2023. Territories include Glasgow, Cardiff, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Northampton, Greater London, Southampton.
Our franchise model is primarily taken up by single operators, but can also be run as a management franchise (recruiting a minimum of 2 salespeople).
Our initial course is based over 5- 6 weeks (depending on experience) and covers EVERYTHING. Once you complete this course you should be able to go straight out to your first appointments brimming with confidence.
The course is about 50% in-person and 50% online and covers everything from the art of selling and business management, to designing the project and making sure you can deliver our trademark 101% satisfaction.
You don’t need KBB industry experience to join us. In fact, some of our most successful franchise owners are simply confident salespeople with a passion for interior design.
The training doesn’t stop when the course is complete either. We have a dedicated head office team who will set out a bespoke, ongoing training plan with you to ensure you are always moving forward with your business.
Our Home Designers are the face of Raison Home and their days are never the same – or boring! They will go from prospecting retail customers and small businesses, to designing and presenting their clients’ dream project, to overseeing the installations.
Unlike other KBB franchises, the tried and tested Raison Home model does not involve a costly showroom. In fact, it involves no showroom at all! Our franchisees work from home, and they design in their client’s home. There are no set hours, so it is up to each individual what time they spend working or spending time with their family.
