Rush was founded over 20 years ago by entrepreneurs Andy Phouli and Stelios Andrew. They developed their ambitious plan to open a group of nationwide salons that offers the highest standard of hairdressing and customer service.
Rush now has over 60 salons across London and the south east and are rapidly expanding. Over the next 12 months Rush plan to open another 40 salons, so are looking for franchisees to join the Rush hair movement and take up high profile locations across the UK.
We are looking for driven, ambitious and creative business minded individuals who enjoy working with people and share a passion for our industry. A background in hairdressing is not essential as all training and support is provided as well as a team of hair stylists from our award-winning academy.
The Rush co-founders work closely with all franchisees and support them from the beginning. The process involves finding the right location, aiding to raise finances, marketing and promotion, and salon shop fit.
The dedicated team at Rush support all successful franchisees through the recruitment process and the training programmes. Continuous training for our salon teams is provided to ensure we are always on-trend with the latest techniques and products.
We offer training courses taught by the inspirational Artistic Team to every one of our hairstylists; ensuring that their passion, creativity and skills are continually nurtured and developed. The Artistic Team have collectively won 13 British Hairdressing Awards over the years. All Rush salons are equipped with a high calibre of hair stylists.
Every day at Rush is different and unique. Our marketing team provide a wide range of global and local marketing campaigns generating clients ensuring that each salon is busy.
We ask that customers are given service of the highest quality, salons are kept clean and professional, and all staff are enthusiastic and engaged. Head office will be available to support you on a daily basis.
