In the UK, in 2020 we had 71 clubs and will reach 100 by early 2023 and are focused on further growth across. We support with recruitment, leverage our partnership with one of the industry’s leading recruiters to ensure you get the right people to manage and grow your business.
Once recruited we provide one-to-one training and access to our online learning and development platform. This hosts modules on everything they, and you, need to know, from brand experience, sales and service, systems management and operations.
Across the year we host webinar Knowledge Share sessions and in-person group training session to keep your teams up to speed with latest developments and share their experiences and learnings with the network.
To further enhance our training, your dedicated Franchise Business Manager visits you gym regularly to ensure the training is being put into practice, that your team is delivering amazing member experiences and meeting agreed sales KPIs. They provide strategic recommendations directly to you on how you can grow your club.
Each and every one of our franchisees is different. Our model allows for you to run your club in a way that suits you.
You recruit a manager to run the day-to-day operations and manage the team who will be the on-ground person. However, you will need to stay close to the numbers, be involved in decisions on price strategy and ensure that your team are performing, and the gym is operated to brand standards.
You are the Manager and run the day-to-day operations, managing teams, analysing data, marketing campaigns, ordering stock and being the face of your club to members.
In both scenarios, you’ll receive regular communications from the Support Office and be invited to join, predominately virtual, meetings where we update you on the Snap Franchise estate performance and future plans we have in place to continue to grow the Snap Fitness reach.
