You and your team will be fully trained to operate a Co-op store, from support through to ongoing training with access to all of our easy-to-use online learning resources. During the launch period, you will have the support of an established Co-op buddy store manager to be on hand instore to embed training and help you get up to speed. The operations team will provide intensive support throughout your refit. They will be at the store and advise on everything from staffing structure and recruitment through to full training and help you get your store launch ready. Beyond launch, there will be regular visits to review your set up and to coach and support you, all designed for you to get the most out of your store.
The franchisee reviews Business Information and communications to focus and direct the operations of the store, maximise sales opportunities while enhancing profitability. Daily activity will be a mix of office based activities and hands on coaching on the shop floor to provide leadership to your team.
