The Kitchen Depot manufactures and supplies long lasting, quality kitchens in the UK. Installing bespoke kitchens in homes across the UK that matches our customer’s style, tastes, and budgets.

We continually unleash our creativity and kitchen knowledge to develop new styles and solutions that make our kitchens a joy to spend time in. They are beautiful by design and reliable by functionality.

At The Kitchen Depot, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful kitchen designs that enable families of all shapes and sizes to create a space in the home to relax, cook and entertain in. Unlocking the potential our customer’s kitchens truly have to offer.

Training

We offer a mix of training, both on-the-job (sales /product) and classroom training (product knowledge and brand USPs).

In month 1-3 of joining The Kitchen Depot, we offer an industry leading training programme that covers off:

  • Kitchen product knowledge.
  • Our operations and systems (ArtiCAD & Easy Quote).
  • Showroom sales training.
  • Kitchen design training.
  • Accounting and financials.
  • Strategy and business planning.

Business support is ongoing throughout, with weekly and monthly visits from your dedicated Franchise Manager.

Marketing Support:

The central marketing team work alongside the business directors, owners, and franchisees to try and achieve a maximum return on investment from the marketing budget.

  • Showroom launch strategy.
  • National Radio and TV investment.
  • Social support.
  • Design support.

What will I do as a Franchisee

  • Running and managing your very own Kitchen Depot showroom.
  • Managing sales staff and designers as well as local fitters’ schedules (fitting teams are sub-contractors).
  • Designing and selling kitchens.
  • Arranging schedules of sales team for house calls and design appointments.
  • Day to day administration tasks running the showroom.
