Training & Recruitment, A comprehensive and industry-leading training programme. Assistance with employee recruitment.
Franchisees will cover the same basic training for 2 weeks but will furthermore learn about the EPOS system to a deeper level than staff, cash-handling, and banking, set-up/close down, ordering, and shift operation which takes place in the final week of franchisee training. This culminates in them running a shift or two themselves in total control of the shift but with a senior team member not too far away.

Marketing Support, An exciting and distinctive marketing programme, starting with local then regional and national events as our store base grows.

Daily life of a franchisee will include but not be limited to ordering stock, managing, engaging and motivating your team. Talking to customers and building the brand locally. Quality controlling the food coming out and making sure your team are keeping the standards high and following the guides. Helping people grow into roles and training staff will be a big part of the role once they are up to speed its is extremely rewarding watching them do amazing work.
