Veeno provides a comprehensive training programme for franchisees, combining training in another Veeno site with last couple of weeks being in the franchisee’s venue (pre-opening).
This will be mentored throughout, with increasing exposure to the business and customer service aspects as time progresses.
Training includes kitchen and bar products and recipes, equipment usage, menu knowledge, on boarding & induction, suppliers account setup, recruitment & interviews, labour management & rotas, EPOS, customer service & journey, customer feedback & reviews, service standards, heads-on practice
A trip to the family vineyard in Sicily is also on offer to help franchisees gain a better understanding of this side of the operation, learn of the history and see the methodology used.
A franchisee will be responsible for the entire operation, particularly the customer experience, stock ordering and control and also for networking in the local area, encouraging businesses to visit the venue as well as the general public.
Training and motivating staff with on-site management is paramount to a successful and sustainable Veeno store and where leadership skills are essential.
