Our pet care franchise offers everything you’re looking for – running and owning your own business, being part of a large successful company, better work-life balance, and an ethos that puts pets and their welfare above all else. Our franchisees all have one thing in common – they wanted to leave their old jobs behind and become their own boss, with the bonus of working with animals. We consistently hear how much happier they are with a better work-life balance, wellbeing and a genuine passion at the core of what they do!
You’ll receive your own exclusive territory, licence, first year’s insurance, dedicated webpages, Google Adwords campaign, local marketing materials, social media, uniform, and pet care qualifications from an accredited provider.
You’ll get unrivalled training and development with our outstanding business, HR, accountancy, and marketing support.
Over the last decade, we’ve set up over 170 branches with a support package we know will work. We’re extremely proud of the training and support we offer and it’s one of the reasons we’re a bfa award-winning franchise company.
We developed our own learning platform for our online pet care and business training. We offer a variety of course subjects across different levels. Our courses blend online learning with practical, hands-on training delivered at our Head Office on the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
What online courses do We Love Pets provide?
Each day is a bit different, and your own role within your branch will change and develop as you grow! You can generally expect to start the day by answering emails and fielding enquiries, phoning customers, and organising your teams schedule – with a cup of coffee of course! During the day you’ll most likely get out for dog walks or customer visits, and perhaps meet with some of your staff for a catch-up. Other tasks like social media, invoices & bookkeeping, recruitment, etc. can easily fit in around your larger time commitments, which makes it manageable for working around your existing family life!
