Our reputation is everything to us. Something we absolutely will not compromise on. So we are very selective of who becomes a franchisee. Individuals must have the right personality, integrity, and aptitude to take responsibility for a business that has a brand our clients trust.
In return for the investment and commitment our franchisees make in their Practice, we offer unrivalled training, marketing, and support.
Our training is conducted both remotely via Teams and at our Taunton Head Office over a 4 week period. The initial training course focuses on compliance and product knowledge – this is both practical and classroom style. There is then a two-day sales training course, where individuals are shown the best routes to market and great sales techniques.
Franchisees are also given a mentor for the first two years of their franchise.
There is also ongoing classroom, practical and online training throughout the lifetime of the franchise
The role of a franchisee is very mixed – it consists of networking meetings, new customer sales visits and presentations, existing customer renewal visits, administrative work and quoting using a bespoke CRM system, sales calls and meeting with introducers.
Franchisees deal with both small to medium size business and individual customers. Their day would consist of both administrative and sales work – not one day is the same.
