We have a dedicated Training Team, which provide continual and comprehensive training courses for new and existing franchisees. As a franchisee you will have access to our bespoke “Learning Matters” training portal, which includes a library of webinars, training courses and bite-size hints & tips to help you with selling and letting properties.
Our training team run regular virtual classroom courses, webinars, and compliance based training to ensure our franchise partners operate in a professional and compliant manner.
Once a new franchisee has agreed “Heads of Terms” to join our network (prior to signing our Franchise Agreement), we will embark upon an on-boarding program to include training on Reapit – our Customer Relationship Management platform, form which all of the day to day business is recorded.
Our training team operate in a flexible and nimble manner and will provide bespoke training courses as requested by our franchise partners.
