Fun Fest: fighting fit & ready for the future

The team at Fun Fest Holiday Clubs are feeling extremely proud of the way that its franchisees rallied to get their holiday clubs open for the summer so that they could provide the consistent and reliable service which is so important to their customers.

During the first lockdown, policies were written, new operating procedures were introduced, staff were trained and customers were kept up to date.

As a result, the vast majority of Fun Fest Holiday Clubs have been open and busy keeping children active, social and having fun since then.  Parents have been able to work, secure in the knowledge that their children are happy and cared for in a safe environment.

These efforts were recognised by customers as Fun Fest Holiday Clubs recorded its highest ever levels of customer satisfaction this year.

The goodwill and brand loyalty generated by exceeding customers’ expectations in this difficult year will reap rewards for Fun Fest franchisees in the future.

A Fun Fest First

Fun Fest is delighted to announce news of its very first franchise resale.

Kate did a fantastic job opening 2 popular clubs in the Lichfield territory but has decided that her future lies in teaching.

Tina, who was in the process of looking at a nearby territory, decided that she would prefer to take over Fun Fest Lichfield from Kate with its established clubs and customer base.

They couldn’t shake hands on the deal, but an elbow bump was the next best thing!

We wish them both well in their new ventures.
