Glenn Webster joins Monkey Puzzle as the new Head of Marketing

Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries is proud to announce and welcome Glenn Webster as the new Head of Marketing.

Glenn joins us with over 20 years of experience in the marketing industry after working in the travel, transport, leisure, education, retail and telecom sectors. During Glenn’s career, he has been responsible for everything from customer acquisition marketing campaigns to website and app experience and customer relationship management programmes. At Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries, Glenn will be responsible for shaping the future of customer digital experience, marketing performance and building the brand as the business enters the next stage of growth. Glenn is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive knowledge and will be a highly valued member of the Monkey Puzzle team.

Established in 2002, Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries is the UK’s largest childcare franchise and fourth largest childcare provider and has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2021 in the Small (20-50 employees) category in the Great Place to Work® annual publication.

Created and run by husband and wife team, Mark and Rebecca Crosby, the brand can trace its heritage in childcare back to 1978, when the first nursery was opened in Cambridgeshire (trading as Ladybird Day Nursery).

In 2005, Monkey Puzzle launched its first nursery franchise which has now grown to over 60 successful franchised nursery settings nationwide, making Monkey Puzzle the UK’s largest childcare franchise network.

A further eight new franchised nursery settings will open in 2021, with plans for further expansion in 2022 and beyond.
