Goldstein Legal introduce the newest members their team – Marco Mandelli and Alette Anderson.

Marco Mandelli

Marco joined us in March 2020, bringing with him 20 years of experience as a senior solicitor, and is responsible for overseeing franchise disputes and all other commercial matters.

After completing an LLB at the University of Warwick, Marco finished the final year of his academic studies at the University of Law before commencing his professional training with magic circle firm, Clifford Chance. After spending 5 years with Clifford Chance, Marco went on to become a Partner at Keppe & Partners before moving to an in-house position with AMG Financial Management. Following his time with AMG, Marco moved to local firm, Stone Rowe Brewer, where he held the position of Head of Company and Commercial.

Marco lives in Twickenham, South West London, with his wife and son. During his spare time, he has a passion for collecting rare vinyl records, and can often be seen cycling around the local area.

Goldstein Legal’s Founder and Managing Director, Roz Goldstein commented, “We are excited to welcome Marco to the Goldstein Legal Team. He brings not only a wealth of experience, but also an infectious energy, and we are certain that he will be an asset to the firm and our clients.”

Alette Anderson

Alette joined Goldstein Legal as a paralegal in March 2020, and soon after commenced her role as trainee solicitor. Alette is responsible for carrying out franchise agreement reviews, and assists Roz, Marco and the team of solicitors with franchise disputes, commercial matters and intellectual property.

Alette relocated to the UK from Australia in 2010 after graduating with a Bachelor of History, and spent 10 years working in construction and development, public administration, and private equity. Alette made the decision to transition into law in 2018 and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with BPP thereafter. Alette is currently completing the Legal Practitioners Course on a part-time basis alongside her position with Goldstein Legal, and will qualify as a solicitor in 2022.

Alette commented: “One of the main things that attracted me to Goldstein Legal is the fact that I would be working under strong female leadership. I also liked the idea of training in a close knit-team where I would be exposed to all operational levels and practice areas of the firm.”

Roz Goldstein shared: “We are excited that Alette has joined the team, her positive outlook and intellectual curiosity stood out, and she’ll be a great asset for Goldstein Legal.”
