HR expert Jo Munroe has over 15 years of experience in recruitment, HR and business management in the construction, manufacturing, medical and transport industries. After a successful career in HR, Jo was looking for a flexible employment solution that would enable her to use her significant expertise in helping businesses grow, whilst working flexibly around her young family. She joined Get Ahead as franchisee for South Yorkshire at the start of 2020 and is now taking on the Manchester region.
