Antal International is one of the fastest-growing privately held recruitment companies in the world. Antal has been placing professional executives since 1993 and our clients appreciate the calibre of candidates we place and the high-quality service we provide.
Antal franchises its history, experience and pedigree and now has more than 120 offices in over 30 countries, an impressive global client list and leading learning and development programmes.
The Antal business operates with a dynamic global network of offices that proactively share clients, candidates and fees. In monetary terms, this can mean an extra 20-25% average increase in revenue for franchise owners, generated through shared business from the Antal global network, in addition to the business they learn to generate themselves.
Franchisees enjoy the flexibility, freedom and revenues that come from running their own business, whilst having the ability to present a truly global brand and delivery network to their clients.

Antal has a comprehensive learning programme that continues throughout the life span of our relationship. Training starts with an initial pre-induction to enable franchisees to be fully prepared to get the best out of our intensive one-week induction programme; which is a combination of theoretical learning, with scenario and practical experience. After graduation, franchisees join an ’on-boarding’ programme with distant, structured coaching sessions, designed to support new franchisees through their first few months.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
Running a professional recruitment business can be profitable and extremely rewarding. Becoming a respected ‘knowledge worker’ within your chosen industry and profession will enable you to develop trusted client relationships. At the same time, you will be focusing on the growth of your own company, coaching and developing your team and managing their performance. The role will involve business development and reaching out to clients to build your network.
