With Anytime Fitness, the training doesn’t stop and continues weekly, monthly and yearly – on-site, remotely and via a regular three-day training course for our franchisees which covers every aspect of running their club including sales processes, payment systems, customer database management, security, customer retention and customer service. This training runs six times a year giving franchisees the opportunity to refresh their knowledge or send their sales manager or other staff too.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
Our franchisees can choose how much time they spend in the day-to-day running of their club once it is open. Many of our franchisees employ a club manager to run their club, but this role would involve sales, managing staff, ensuring the club is safe, clean and equipment is working, maintaining high standards of customer service, greeting new potential members and keeping all members happy.
