Managing the consultancy is Tony Urwin, a franchise specialist with over 35 years’ experience of franchising. His first 20 years in franchising were spent with Clarks Shoes in the UK and Walt Disney in the Middle East. A BFA Affiliate franchise consultant since 2000, Tony has been responsible for successful development of business format franchising in most fields of business and is established as a major force in the North of Britain. Tony has also successfully completed projects in France, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Brazil, Bulgaria, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Turkey, Spain, South Africa, Nigeria, Russia, Syria, The United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
