Bluestones Logistics are a member of the highly successful Bluestones Group, a company who specialise in various sectors of the recruitment industry. Our branches specialise in supplying our “blue chip” 3PL clients with high quality, professional, qualified staff which include temporary drivers, temp to perm logistics staff, interim and permanent supervisory and managerial placements. Our staff provide a proactive approach when working with both clients and logistics staff, a strategy which works and can be demonstrated by our increasing client base.
Bluestones Group has been in existence for some time with Bluestones Logistics commencing in 2014. Although we are a young company, our staff possess a wealth of experience within the recruitment and logistics industries. We are predominately a north west-based company with our successful pilot franchise operation based in Warrington. Further franchises are in Glasgow and Manchester with other company offices in Chester, Ellesmere Port and Liverpool.

Our intensive two-week training is carried out at the Bluestones Group head office in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. We commit to our franchisees that the training we provide will include all the aspects necessary to run an efficient and successful office. Although part of the training is generic we tailor each course to meet the specific needs of our individual franchisees.
Training also encompasses IT, back-office, marketing and social media.

Logistics is a 24/7 industry and our staff have to be available accordingly to meet the demands of our clients. On a normal day our franchisees will be registering new staff, dealing with existing staff, making client calls, visiting clients. All this makes for a busy but rewarding business.
