BoConcept University

The BCU training programs are conducted to ensure the implementation of the best practice in all BoConcept stores. This is all documented in on-line store management manual, the Power Book, describing all aspects of running a store from sales and management to products and logistics. The training is conducted as a combination of training seminars in Denmark, locally or on-the-job coaching in the store as well as online e-learning seminars.
