At Cook, we make remarkable food for your freezer, prepared by hand at our kitchen in Kent, using the same ingredients and techniques you would use at home. The core range of our menu is 1-, 2- and 4-portion meals, as well as starters, puddings, cakes, family meals and seasonal lines.

Our Cook shops are located across the UK. In addition to our shops, we have many concessions in other independent retailers and an online national home delivery service.

The franchise training programme lasts for up to 3 weeks and includes time spent in our kitchen, head office, logistics centre and our shops. The franchisee(s) spends 2 weeks in one of our training stores with an experienced Cook manager, where a training schedule is followed to ensure operational competence. Cook has become known for exceptional customer service levels, which would be demonstrated and coached thoroughly throughout the training programme.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

The franchisee is responsible for all daily tasks in store as well as full responsibility for running the business. Within store on a daily basis the franchisee is accountable for driving sales, managing the team and delivering excellent customer service. The franchisee will need to be a hands-on member of the team, serving customers and replenishing stock to ensure the best possible sales environment.
