Countrywide provides excellent initial and ongoing support and training. New franchisees benefit from 3 weeks initial training at head office to cover all aspects of starting and successfully running their own business. This includes accounts, pricing, H&S and business development. 

They also spend time shadowing existing franchisees to fully understand the business, and benefit from an initial head office marketing launch and ongoing support in any area needed. 

Daily Life of a Franchisee

This is predominantly a management franchise and franchisees will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of their business; this includes employment and management of staff, visiting customers, and liaising with head office. 90% of sales leads come from head office so franchisees do very little selling, only having to visit and price the sites, and send out local quotations. The paperwork for national tenders is done by head office.
