Franchisees will receive an extensive mix of theoretical and practical training. There is an intensive 12-week pre-launch training plan which covers:
- Treatments and machinery
- Protocols and processes
- Client relationship management
This is supported with ongoing, bespoke ‘on the job’ training and quality control support
Daily Life of a Franchisee
The Franchisee will either act in the capacity of clinic manager or will appoint a clinic manager. The clinic manager’s role is to manage the front of house team and the therapists. They are responsible for achieving clinic sales targets, local marketing activity and promotional events. As well as the physical management of the clinic, the Franchisee/manager is ultimately responsible for the relationship between staff and clients.
