We train already capable and experienced businesspeople and teach them to be their own boss, giving them control, flexibility and enormous potential. Our proven model will be taught in detail during your initial five week training period.
All new franchisees are trained so they can build a sustainable business by winning and managing their own clients and doing their own simple projects.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
ERA UK franchisees either act as generalists whereupon they perform both of the following, or they tend to evolve into spending most of their time in one of two main roles.
Client Managers tend to spend their time doing sales and marketing activities. They might be making calls, managing telemarketers, writing emails, managing marketing campaigns and attending client and prospect meetings trying to win new business and develop existing accounts.
Project Specialists tend to spend their time analysing data, writing reports and meeting client stakeholders.
