Company Overview

Gamewagon delivers amazing birthday parties that are super cool for kids and extremely convenient for parents. Gamewagon’s  “Junior Game Creators” workshops and clubs are fun and educational. Supporting teachers and helping kids develop a thirst for computer science in an exciting way.

On the corporate side we host a whole range of different video game related events from fun days to team building activities. We are looking for people who share our passion for customer service and delivering fun, friendly and memorable experiences for the regions we serve. 

Franchisee Overview

Gamewagon has grown to 10 company owned units since it’s conception and launch in 2012. Each Gamewagon operates in a territory encompassing 20-25K 7-12 year olds, giving 140 exclusive territories across the UK. 

The network will develop with a combination of 30% company owned and 70% franchised operations to meet the market demand. Our focus is to find 9-12 franchisees each year to continue the brand and business development.

Training

Gamewagon’s foundation course encompasses two days pre-training observing live events, five days at our corporate training centre and a further two days in the field delivering events.

This blend of practical “on the job” experience and blended learning in the classroom ensures that the business is understood holistically. Areas that are covered include:

Daily Life of a Franchisee

The key role of a Gamewagon franchisee is to be a brand ambassador in their territory. Helping schools, teachers and parents to deliver fun and convenient parties and educational coding workshops. This involves building networks online and in person in the community Monday to Friday mornings and you are out and about delivering events in the afternoons and weekends.

Flexibility is there to shape the work around your lifestyle and recruiting local talent will help you transition to working on the business and not in it after the first six months.
