Franchise Overview

The Healthcare Practice have been franchising in the UK since 2006. We have both vacant areas and existing portfolios for sale throughout the UK.

Our reputation is everything to us. Something we absolutely will not compromise on. So we are very selective of who becomes a franchisee. Individuals must have the right personality, integrity, and aptitude to take responsibility for a business that has a brand our clients trust.

In return for the investment and commitment our franchisees make in their Practice, we offer unrivalled training, marketing, and support.

Training

WPA

There is a four-day long initial training course which focuses on compliance and product knowledge – this is both practical and classroom style. There is then a two-day sales training course, where individuals are shown the best routes to market and best sales techniques – this consists of classroom learning and role play.

Franchisees are also given a mentor for the first two years of their franchise.

There is also ongoing classroom, practical and online training throughout the lifetime of the franchise.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

The role of a franchisee is very mixed – it consists of networking meetings, new customer sales visits and presentations, existing customer renewal visits, administrative work and quoting using a bespoke CRM system, sales calls and meeting with introducers.

Franchisees deal with both small to medium size business and individual customers.  Their day would consist of both administrative and sales work - not one day is the same.
