New franchisees will attend our head office in Darlington for an intensive 10-day classroom-based induction programme including care service delivery, regulations, marketing and all aspects of business development.
Following this, they will receive regular support and advice throughout the pre-start-up stage which will enable them to develop and grow their business within their territory. Our training package will develop individuals into competent and capable franchisees.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
Heritage Healthcare will work tirelessly with its franchisees to create local brand awareness and help them to establish and build relationships with their key referral sources through networking with community groups and charities. The franchisee will be responsible for managing the business, and business development. You will recruit key staff to cover the more specific care management roles, such as the recruitment and training of care staff.
