At IMSM we offer a comprehensive training programme covering business development, the GAP analysis of the client’s needs and the construction and implementation of the ISO Systems.
Initial training will consist of two weeks at our head office in Malmesbury followed up with accompanied field visits to prospective clients in your own territory. Additional training allowing franchisees to offer an extended range of ISO Certifications is available.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
Working from home, IMSM franchisees will develop their business by identifying potential clients (normally SMEs) and subsequently presenting the benefits of the IMSM service (alternatively franchisees can utilise our centralised appointment booking service).
Following a detailed analysis of the existing systems, the franchisee will devise and produce the revised ISO manuals and ensure that the updated processes are correctly implemented. Annual audits are then required resulting in an ongoing income stream.
