Little Dessert Shop offers a comprehensive training program that equips franchisees with the correct tools and knowledge that requires no previous food handling experience. Our program consists of both on and off the job training, assessments, manuals and telephone support. All aspects of store management, opening & closing procedures, shift management, health & food safety are delivered.
On site support is then given to train the staff for a minimum of 2 weeks on store opening. Franchisee training & support is on going. Little Dessert Shop is committed to ensuring the success of the store.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
A franchisee's primary role is to take ownership & manage of all aspects of the store. Ensuring operational aspects like staffing, stock, food hygiene, product quality and customers service are in line with brand standards.
Daily life within the store is fun and vibrant with interaction with customers form all walks of life.
Stock control, managing local social media accounts & email, staff motivation, exceeding customer expectations & daily finance management.
